This park is filled with flowers of the season throughout the year. During the ‘Azalea Festival’ held from April to May, you can see an azalea estimated to be 800 years old, a group of old trees, and a space azalea grown from seeds taken into space and germinated there by astronaut Chiaki Mukai, who is from Tatebayashi.
